• Catalog organization
• File cleanup
• Product data structuring
• SEO optimization
• Catalog planning
• Upload preparation
• Workflow support
Specific deliverables depend on the package selected.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide materials you have rights to use
• Submit accurate project information
• Respond within reasonable timeframes
• Review work and provide feedback when requested
Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

PROJECT TIMELINES
Estimated delivery windows are estimates only.
Actual timing depends on:
• Project size
• File quality
• Asset completeness
• Scope changes
• Response times
Priority services may be available separately.

REVISIONS
Packages include the number of revisions described at purchase.
Additional revisions may require additional fees.

PAYMENT
Payment is due according to selected package terms.
Work may not begin until required payment is received.

REFUNDS
Mini Mess Audits become non-refundable once work begins.
Custom build work becomes partially or fully non-refundable after project kickoff depending on work completed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain ownership of your submitted files, products, branding, and content.
Send the Mess retains ownership of internal workflows, systems, templates, and methods.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER
While we aim to create launch-ready catalogs and improve workflow efficiency, we do not guarantee sales, rankings, platform approval, or business outcomes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Send the Mess is not responsible for:
• Platform outages
• Third-party service issues
• Customer business decisions
• Lost revenue
• Delays outside reasonable control
