Your products, files, mockups, screenshots, ideas, and folder situations belong to you.
Always.
We built Send the Mess because we know firsthand how personal this stuff can feel.
Some people send us polished systems.
Some people send us 14 folders, 900 screenshots, and a note that says:
“Please don’t judge me.”
Both are welcome here.
But one thing is non-negotiable:
Your business stays yours.
YOU KEEP OWNERSHIP
Everything you submit remains your property.
Including:
• Product ideas
• Product concepts
• Product images
• Mockups
• Branding
• Product names
• Copy
• Files
• Store assets
• Catalog structures
• Uploaded materials
Using Send the Mess does not transfer ownership of your work.
We do not claim rights to your products, concepts, or business.
YOUR IDEAS ARE SAFE HERE
We know founders worry about this.
You spent time building your products.
You finally trust someone enough to send the files.
Then immediately wonder:
“…wait are they going to steal my idea?”
No.
We do not:
• Sell product concepts
• Copy submitted ideas
• Recreate customer products
• Launch competing products
• Repurpose private concepts
• Use client work outside agreed services
• Share unreleased products
• Train future work using customer files
That is not what we do.
We’re in the business of helping founders launch.
Not becoming one.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your project materials are treated as private.
Whenever possible:
• We prefer shared folders over account access
• We request only what is needed
• We minimize permissions
• We keep project access limited
If we need additional access, we’ll discuss it first.
BEFORE & AFTER RESULTS
Sometimes we may ask permission to share anonymous transformations.
Examples:
Folder chaos → organized catalog
Raw assets → launch-ready delivery
Participation is optional.
Private products, unreleased ideas, sensitive information, and proprietary details are never shared without permission.
No pressure.
No impact on service quality.
STORAGE & DELETION
Project files may be temporarily retained for support, revisions, and delivery.
You may request deletion of retained project files after project completion.
THE NO-JUDGMENT POLICY
You do not need to organize your files before sending them.
Seriously.
That would be like cleaning your house before hiring a cleaner.
Send the duplicates.
Send the screenshots.
Send the FINAL_final_USE_THIS_v9 folders.
