REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

At Send the Mess, we believe in clear expectations and fair policies.

Because our work involves custom service, planning, organization, and manual labor, refunds work a little differently than physical products.

  1. BEFORE WORK BEGINS

If you purchased a service and no work has started, you may request cancellation and receive a refund.

Processing fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.

  1. MINI MESS AUDITS

Mini Mess Audits become non-refundable once review work begins.

This is because time, analysis, and recommendations are delivered immediately.

  1. BUILD PACKAGES

For Starter Build, Launch Build, Catalog Build, and custom services:

• Refund requests before project kickoff may be approved.
• Refund requests after work has started may be partially refunded depending on completed work.
• Completed work and delivered files are non-refundable.

  1. SCOPE CHANGES

If project requirements expand beyond the original agreement, additional work may require updated pricing or timeline adjustments.

  1. ADD-ONS

Add-ons become non-refundable once work begins.

  1. CLIENT DELAYS

If a project pauses due to missing assets, delayed responses, or lack of communication for more than 30 days, Send the Mess reserves the right to close or reschedule the project.

  1. RESULTS

Send the Mess provides catalog organization, listing preparation, and workflow services.

We do not guarantee:

• Sales
• Revenue
• Platform approval
• Rankings
• Conversion rates
• Viral launches
