Do I need a finished Shopify store?
No. The audit can be used for an existing store, a store currently being built, or a catalog being prepared for Shopify. You simply need enough product information for a meaningful review.
What if my files are completely disorganized?
Send what you have. Organized chaos is welcome; unorganized chaos is suspiciously on-brand. If something essential is missing, we will tell you before the review begins.
Will you need my Shopify password?
